Tuesday, August 6, 2019 – 6:30pmSouthwest Branch Both physical and mental, yoga is a low-impact activity that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and also provides the same benefits as other forms of exercise. Regular practice will help increase stamina, improve breathing, and increase general health for a longer, more active life. Adults 18 and up.
