For all levels. This style of yoga is a quieter, calmer way to connect with your body through longer postures and breath work. A great way to access the connective tissue around joints, much like peeling the layers off an onion. This class sometimes includes longer meditation called Yoga Nidra as well as restorative poses. It can be challenging to quiet the mind and sit with the body, but you'll be glad you did!
