Everyone LOVES Pinterest and has boards and boards full of great ideas to do. BUT will it be a Pinterest Fail or a Pinterest Success?? If you have been wanting to try new ideas then this class is for you!
Each month we will pick next month’s activity to try (so get searching on your Pinterest Boards). No one will try it ahead of time so we can all laugh, have fun, learn and explore our creativity together. Since this is the first month, I picked something I have been wanting to try. We will make Plaster Paris Flower Jars. I think that these look so cute when they are done!! Here is the link to one of the ways to do these flowers on Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/329466528980057988/ I would also recommend checking out the original blog who created this post. She has some AMAZING ideas!! The picture above is from her awesome blog! Everyone will make 3 jars each!!!
This month the class will be on Friday, February 9th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. All supplies will be provided so drop the kiddos off at school and come try something new and fun! The cost is $15 per person and you can register for the class online at localartisancollective.com by clicking on the calendar. Or you can come into the store located at 2371 Kiesel Ave, Ogden to register. This class is for adults only.
This class is taught by Stephanie Howerton (or really all of us since we will be having fun together) from Our Children’s Earth. Stephanie has been upcycling, recycling and making nature inspired projects for the last 8 years as a business but really since she was a child with her crafty Mom.
