In this workshop you’ll gain confidence through using conscious language around food and your body, identify where you’ve struggled in the past and how to move beyond your limiting beliefs, learn how to release guilt around food, receive meal planning tools to make meal prepping quick and easy and learn how to survive the holidays and other difficult situation.
