Mindfulness and Self-Care

Friday, November 9, 2018 – 4:00pmMain Library For ages 16 and up.  Mindfulness: a mental state in which an individual is in the present moment.  In clinical mental health treatment, mindfulness has been known to reduce stress levels and help regulate emotions.  It has been extensively researched and backed by many proessional practitioners.  Come dressed in something comfortable and bring a Yoga mat if you have one.
