The Local Artisan Collective
2371 Kiesel Ave
Monday, November 23, 2020, 6 – 9pm
Students will learn how to make earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets and anything else you want out of silver, gold and precious stones.
Please bring some design ideas, your metal and stones. We will teach you the skills to create jewelry from your designs. If you do not have any ideas, we will help you get started.
Class size will be limited so we can maintain social distancing. We ask students to wear a mask to the class. Desk space and tools will be disinfected often.
ALL skill levels are invited to class.
You are welcome to come as little as once a month or as much as you want — whatever your schedule dictates.
Wednesdays at 10am-1pm
Private classes and parties are also available.
Class is taught by Rene Venegas, a 16th generation master silversmith. He was taught as a youth by his father and later took specialized classes. In addition to classes taught at The Local Artisan Collective, he teaches jewelry making and metalsmithing at Weber State University.
Class is $35/per each 3-hour class. Punch passes are also available: 3 classes for $90 and 8 classes for $225. You can pay for the class in person at the store or on our website at www.localartisancollective.com/calendar then click on jewelry.
