No more worrying about how you’re going to fit yoga into your lunch hour – we got you! Join us for a fun and quick yoga flow designed to get your heart pumping and bring a smile to your face!
Following your practice we will have your lunch ready to go – enjoy it in our studio or take it back to work with you… we’ve even allowed you a little time for errands! Because you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your entire lunch hour for a little fitness.
HOW TO YOGA LUNCH AT HEAL:
1. Book online they day before class by 8:00 P.M.
2. Choose your lunch option:
– 1/2 vegan sandwich
– 1/2 chicken salad sandwich
All lunches come with a drink, cookie and pickle wedge. Lunches are catered by Great Harvest Bread Co.
3. Come to class and we’ll take care of the rest!
