Yoga instructor Kristen Johnson is offering Gentle Flow Yoga on Wednesdays at noon February 5 through 25, 2020 at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden. All levels welcome – beginners to advance. Flow and movement to stretch and release physical tension. Students daily drop-in: $10; or four weeks: $32.
