Cookie Basics St. Patrick’s Day Class
March 10 @ 5 pm - 7 pm
Come learn the basics of decorating!
2 hours of instruction that includes:
*How to make royal icing and different icing consistencies.
*How to fill piping bags.
*How to line and flood cookies.
*Step-by-step instruction for a set of 4 cookies that includes:
wet-on-wet techinques, blocking, layering and piping details.
Class will only be held if a minimum of 6 people register. Maximum of 12. No refunds given for withdrawing from class after March 3rd.
Recommended for 16 and up, but must be at least 12 years old to attend.
