Artist Palette Fine Art Studio will be offering a visual arts workshop at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden entitled: Sea Shell Arts on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 14 & 15, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. This two-day workshop is recommended for anyone ages 6 through adult.
