SALT LAKE CITY — Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band will bring their final tour to Vivint Smart Home Arena on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The band kicked off its final Roll Me Away Tour last November and has sold out 48 shows, playing before more than half a million fans. On Thursday, nine shows were added to the tour. Along with the Salt Lake show, Seger will also make stops in San Francisco; Indianapolis; Spokane, Wash.; Rapid City, S.D.; Fargo, N.D.; Eugene, Ore.; and Columbia, Mo.
The heartland rock artist with the raspy voice combines blues, country, rock and soul into his trademark brand of Motor City rock ’n ’roll. Seger has sold more than 53 million album and has had hits with songs like “Night Moves,” “Old Time Rock and Roll,” “Like a Rock” and “Against the Wind.” He’s been inducted into both the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
