OGDEN — A whole library of old books is only the beginning of the “secret” in “Eleanor’s Secret,” a Tumbleweeds Film Festival selection for children playing Thursday, Aug. 16.
The 2009 movie will be screened at 6:30 p.m. at the Jefferson Creative Community Center, 607 26th St. Admission is free.
The animated film tells the tale of Nathaniel, 7, who spends the summer holidays at his late Aunt Eleanor’s seaside villa. His parents inherit the villa, but Nathaniel is gifted the library of books — which he discovers are inhabited by real characters he must protect.
The movie is presented by the Utah Film Center. For information, call 801-896-7333 or visit www.utahfilmcenter.org.
