LAYTON — The Flutes from Temple Square will perform at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 24, in the Kenley Centennial Amphitheater, 403 N. Wasatch Drive.

The flutists perform, record and tour with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Their musical talents can be heard on the numerous award-winning and Grammy-nominated CDs, films and broadcasts of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — including the weekly national broadcast of “Music and the Spoken Word.”

Sunday’s program will include music from around the world, familiar classics, show tunes and light jazz. The group has been invited to perform at the 2012 National Flute Association Convention in Las Vegas this summer.

This concert is free. All ages are welcome. For more information, see www.davisarts.org.
