OGDEN — A number of free concerts will be offered at this year’s South Ogden Days.
Performances will be presented on June 22 and 23 at Friendship Park, 655 E. 5500 South. The schedule includes:
June 22
• 4:30 p.m. — In Ship Down, a rock/alternative rock band from Clearfield that won a contest to open for Cinderella and Slaughter
• 6 p.m. — Argyle, winner of a “Utah’s hottest garage band” contest
• 7:30 p.m. — Brogan Kelby, an 18-year-old alternative/rock/pop artist from Farmington
• 9 p.m. — Caroline’s Spine, an alternative rock band from Phoenix
June 23
• 4:30 p.m. — Silver Creek, an Ogden-based band, plays high energy tunes in a bluegrass style
• 6 p.m. — Ophir Creek, a Davis County band that mixes folk, gospel and bluegrass styles
• 7:30 p.m. — Lindsey Stirling, a composer/violinist and former “America’s Got Talent” contestant
• 9 p.m. — Chance McKinney, who performs “industrialized country”
