LAYTON — AMC theaters will be holding their sensory-friendly film series with “Kung Fu Panda 2” this weekend.
The story centers around Po, voiced by Jack Black, who must subdue an evil peacock who is a threat to China and kung fu.
The special screening, offered in partnership with the Autism Society, will have no previews or advertisements shown before the film. Patrons are invited to walk around and talk; the theater lights stay on and the volume is turned down. Parents can bring their own gluten-free, casein-free snacks.
