ANTELOPE ISLAND — Start the day off with a little exercise and a little singing — from some early-rising birds.
A morning bird walk at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 12, offers hikers the chance to search for birds of Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake.
The hike begins at the Antelope Island State Park entrance gate, where visitors will meet members of the park staff. No birding experience is necessary.
Admission is $9 per vehicle. The park is west of Interstate 15’s Exit 332, through Syracuse.
