OGDEN — Here’s one summer night just ripe for a dance party.
Ogden OUTreach is hosting a dance party and talent contest from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. next Friday, July 27, in the Shepherd Union Building Ballrooms at Weber State University, 3848 Harrison Blvd.
The event is open to ages 14 to 23, and applications for talent entries will be accepted through Monday, July 23. Those interested may submit a video of their talent that is no more than 4 minutes long, or they may contact the center for alternate options to making a video. Dancing will follow the talent show, with music provided by a DJ.
The OUTreach Resource Center provides a safe environment for at-risk gay youth and their allies.
