ROY — Children are excited when school lets out for the summer, but sooner or later most of them say, “I’m bored.”
Ideas for keeping kids busy and enjoying the summer break will be shared at Weber State University’s West Center, at 5621 S. 3500 West. The “Summer Time Family Fun” workshop starts at 3 p.m., and continues until 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, June 26.
The class is free. An introduction to 4-H activities — such as cooking, robotics and leadership experiences — will be offered after class.
