OGDEN — Kate MacLeod, a songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, and fiddle player, will perform as part of the Weber County Library Summer Sizzle Music Series. The show is at 7 p.m. Monday, July 30, at the Weber County Library, 2464 Jefferson Ave.

Originally from the Washington, D.C., area, MacLeod is now based in Salt Lake City and tours throughout the United States and Europe. Her music has been described by reviewers as reflecting the panoramic Western landscape.

MacLeod’s latest album is “Blooming,” released in 2010.
