LOGAN — The fall Gallery Walk brings a harvest of colorful art to downtown Logan, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 9.

More than a dozen galleries and businesses are hosting art exhibits, some for just one night. A map of the gallery walk is available at www.cachearts.org, or simply look for yellow banners marking participating venues.

Highlights include visual impressions by Shane Larson of the Caine Lyric Theatre’s performing season, in an exhibit at 28 W. Center; Trollbeads of Denmark, artisan-crafted jewelry inspired by mythology, at Logan Downtown Alliance, 160 N. Main St.; Cache Valley Painters at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 85 E. 100 North; and art by Utah State University students at Utah Public Radio, 43 S. Main St.

An exhibit by David Hash and the Cache Valley Photographers continues through September at the Thatcher-Young Mansion, 35 W. 100 South.

Valley Dance Ensemble performs “Sidewalk Talk,” a five-minute piece, at 6:30, 7, 7:30 and 8 that evening near the Bullen Center, 43 S. Main St.

The Gallery Walk is free. For more information, call the Cache Valley Center for the Arts at 435-752-0026.
