Trish and Steve Strank pose for their Zombie Prom Portrait at last year's event.

OGDEN — The fourth annual Strankenstein’s Zombie Prom is on for 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25.

This all ages zombie-themed event will include a costume contest, door prizes, catering and live entertainment. While blood, gore and props are encouraged, no nudity or anything considered in poor taste will be allowed. Prom clothing is preferred, but not required.

Makeup artists will be at the event and can perform zombie make-overs for $20 and under.

The event was created by Steve and Trish Strank of North Ogden, after having a family member pass away from diabetes. Money from this event will be donated to the Salt Lake City chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Zombie Prom will be at Union Station, 2501 Wall Ave. Admission for the event is $10, or $5 for children ages 12 and under.
