LAYTON — The Davis County Symphony will perform at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, July 15, at Kenley Centennial Amphitheater, 408 N. Wasatch Drive.
Formed in 2009, the symphony performs several concerts a year, including an annual Messiah sing-in. The group has also performed for legislative events, civic events throughout Davis County, and several times for this event, Davis Arts Council’s free Sunday night concert series.
The group is composed of members as young as 15 years old; it plays music of all styles.
This year’s free concert includes works by Gershwin and Cole Porter, as well as music from “Titanic” and James Bond films.
