EDEN — As part of the festivities at the Ogden Valley Farmers and Artists Market, dancer Déjà Mitchell will present interactive and educational workshops for all ages.
The workshops begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 23.
The market, at 2405 N. State Road 158, opens at 9 a.m. and features fresh produce, crafts, art and children’s activities.
Mitchell has studied African dance and drumming for 15 years with numerous renowned teachers worldwide. Her dance method teaches African-based movement. Performances and workshops are customized to the particular group of people she is working with.
