OGDEN — As part of the Family Night to Remember celebration during Ogden Pioneer Days, Salt Lake City songstress Cherie Call will play an uplifting program.

Call performs at the Ogden Amphitheater at 8 p.m. Monday, July 16. The venue is at 343 Historic 25th St.

Call will be performing in lieu of the usual Monday-night film. A devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Call has recorded seven albums of original music and appeared on several movie soundtracks. She was a finalist in the fabled Kerrville New Folk competition in Texas. She currently hosts the New Music Show on ylds.com online radio.

The concert is free. For information on this and other Pioneer Days events, go to ogdenpioneerdays.com.
