OGDEN — Cache Valley performer Hilary Murray will play a two-hour set beginning at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Ogden Valley Farmers and Artists Market. The market is at 2405 N. State Road 158.
Murray began playing music at the age of 6. Piano was first, followed by the violin at 8. Then came the guitar, mandolin and cello.
Over the years she has traveled from coast to coast, playing classical to country, metal to jazz.
The market runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday throughout the summer, offering organic produce, henna artists, arts and crafts and a tarot card reader. Other attractions include a children’s section with baby animals, as well as jewelry, pottery, paintings, flowers and fresh honey for sale. Drinks and food are also available.
