OGDEN — Get jazzed up as summer sizzles with the Brian Booth Quartet, playing a show at Union Station on Wednesday.
The free concert is at 7 p.m. at the Ogden Union Station fountain, 2501 Wall Ave.
The Salt Lake City quartet includes Booth on sax, Jim Stout on bass, Doug James on drums and Melanie Shore on keyboards.
Booth, an arranger, composer and educator as well as a musician, has played with such acts as Mel Tormé, Natalie Cole and Ray Charles, to name a few.
The Union Grill will also offer dinner on the patio the night of the show, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
