Yoga Tuesdays, Southwest Branch

Southwest Branch Both physical and mental, Yoga is a low-impact activity that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and also provides the same benefits as regular exercise. Regular practice will help increase stamina, improve breathing, and increase general health for a longer, more active life. This class is for all levels and will offer techniques for everyone.
