Ambulance report shows Davis inmate was unresponsive when rescuers arrived

The Utah Attorney General’s Office and the Weber County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the Dec. 21, 2016 death of Heather Ashton Miller, 28, of Kearns. An autopsy report said Miller died of a torn spleen and blunt-force trauma apparently suffered in the Davis County Jail.
