"Killers of the Flower Moon" tells the story of the 1920s-era murders of more than two dozen members of the Osage Nation in a conspiracy by local white settlers to kill members of the Osage Nation and steal their wealth. It was the FBI’s first successful high-profile investigation,
Grann’s newest book, "The White Darkness," was released Oct. 30 and tells the true story about Henry Worsley, who walked across Antarctica alone in 2015. Grann also wrote the New Yorker magazine piece that was the basis for the Robert Redford film "The Old Man and the Gun," about 78-year-old bank robber Forrest Tucker.
WSU’s Center for the Study of Poverty & Inequality invited Gramm to speak, as part of this year’s Engaged Learning Series.
